This place s honor ship with cultural-educational function and the area of almost 563 m2 (square meters) was transferred to Tehran s Municipality Art & Culture Organization in 1999. It is located in district 16 .no.133-Abbassi Sq-near first square of Khazaneh –across from south Terminal. The area of the educational section is 158 m2 (square meters), and 23 m2 (square meters) waiting hall which is also used as a gallery and a 110 m2 (square meters) sport complex which is also used for religious, educational, and social ceremonies. It is one of the most active complexes around. The center has a kinder garden too.
